utilizing our membership in the Ingram Micro Service Network.Neocomp
maintains a depot repair facility, a network operations center and a help desk
in our Chatsworth facility.

Our Policy of Professionalism
Neocomp has a base of full-time
Senior Program Management and Project Management professionals. Qualifications
include Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and membership
in the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Neocomp is a Microsoft
Certified Partner with MCSE certified staff. In addition, Neocomp retains
Cisco, HP, Check Point and Citrix professionals, engineers and certified technicians.
Our staff has an on-going continuing education policy and program to maintain
their credentials.
Our technicians undergo continuing education so
that Neocomp can perform authorized warranty service for our customers on their
major brand IT equipment, including HP, Compaq, Dell, IBM and Gateway.
We have a substantial printer sales and support division for name brands such
as HP, Epson, Xerox, Tektronix and Lexmark. Neocomp strives to maintain
excellence and professionalism in customer service and delivery, including
the standardization of deliverables and reporting requirements.
